Once you proceed with this service, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to book your consultation at a time that suits you. During the consultation, our experienced consultants will help draft your Property & Financial Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney documents.

After drafting, these documents must be officially registered with the Office of the Public Guardian. At Nested Estate Planning, we handle this registration process at no extra charge, apart from the standard £82 registration fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.
